• Red (plethora/malar rash/alcoholic/sun burn/flushing) face - vasodilatation
• Round face
• Bruise
• Pimples
• Moustache (hirsutism) - due to androgen? Androgen comes from testosterone?
SYSTEMIC FEATURES – possibly due to hormone (steroids?)
PH : Hypertension (on medication?)
Social : Watching on diet
